1. Resolution 2023-11 Appointing Commissioner Jim Biddick as Auditing Officer
2. Bank Business
   1. Update Banner Bank signers for checking accounts ending in *3225 and *2734 by adding Jim Biddick and Don Swain, and removing Leith Templin and Scott Williams.
   2. Banner Bank credit card for Don Swain (overall credit card limit remains unchanged).
3. Executive Session – RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to review the performance of a public employee (estimated 30 minutes).
