Meetings will be announced in advance and if the date, venue or time is changed we will do our best to place signs.
Written minutes do not appear on the website until they have been approved at the following regular meeting.

Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of the month.
About the Meetings
The format of meetings complies with various state RCWs, specifically with regard to public meetings. Our meetings are open to the public, press and department employees, including non-residents of San Juan County.
- Speakers shall wait to be acknowledged by the board and should stand if possible, state name and identify topic for questions or comment.
- Speakers may make ‘unattributed’ comments during public comment by not stating their name, but these will not be noted for the written record.
- Respect others who are speaking - please do not interrupt them.
- Written notes will be taken during meetings but these will only reflect the ‘gist’ of the meeting. A digital audio recording will be made as well which will record all spoken activity. On some occasions a video recording may be made as well. In each case all recordings will be in accordance with public records laws.
Due to the small size of our community it is unlikely that we can provide translation services, etc.
